  • The Sustainable Development Report is a global assessment of countries’ progress towards achieving the Sustainable Development Goals
  • The score can be interpreted as the percentage of SDG achievement with a score of 100 indicates that all SDGs have been achieved
  • While the SDGs were adopted to address unnecessary risks and fragilities across the economic, social, and environmental domains, the core of the six Transformations is the recognition that all 17 SDGs can be achieved through six major societal transformations

Countries

  • Highest scoring countries – Finland (85.9), Sweden (85.6) and Denmark (84.9)
  • Lowest scoring countries – Chad (40.9), South Sudan (38.9) and Central African Republic (38.3)
